- The application form must be accompanied by a €5.000 (Euro) non-refundable administration fee payable to the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design (Icsid).
- During the evaluation phase of the competition, shortlisted cities shall remit to Icsid a €15.000 (Euro) non-refundable fee to cover administrative and logistical expenses, as a condition for consideration for the final selection.
